
Dialysis Services Coordinator

The purpose of this role is to oversee the administration of outpatient dialysis services and treatments within assigned hospitals/facilities. This entails coordinating scheduling, directing outpatient care staff, and performing dialysis treatments as needed.
It is essential to provide quality outpatient care to all hospitalized patients efficiently, in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements set forth by relevant agencies.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and schedule outpatient care staff to ensure efficient patient scheduling and staff utilization. Provide guidance and support to staff while collaborating with management on staffing and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure treatments are performed according to policies, procedures, and regulations, with accurate documentation. Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement programs.
- Liaise between management and staff, overseeing business activities including billing, payroll, and purchase orders. Ensure timely reporting and practice cost containment strategies.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (R.N.).
- Minimum of 9 months nursing experience plus 3 months specialized dialysis experience required.
Effective leadership, management, communication, and customer service skills are crucial for this position.
