Warehouse Manager

The Harvey Norman team is seeking a motivated Warehouse Manager to lead their warehouse operations. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as experience in warehouse management.

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving and dispatching stock, coaching staff, and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Manage the receipt and storage of stock, ensuring accurate inventory levels.
  • Coordinate the dispatch of stock to customers, meeting tight deadlines.
  • Coach and develop staff to improve performance and productivity.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong understanding of warehouse operations and procedures.
  • Experience in supervising and mentoring staff.
  • A high level of organization and time management skills.
  • A current Forklift, Drivers and Pickers Licence.
