Job Role

The role of a People Business Partner is to serve as a strategic advisor and business partner to senior leadership, focused on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent in the industry.

The ideal candidate will have experience designing and delivering programs in workforce planning, talent management, change management, leadership development, employee engagement, cultural change, and organizational design.

This role involves consulting with business stakeholders to enable the achievement of business objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with other People Business Partners, advisors, and COEs to deliver people solutions that meet the needs of client groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and business partner to senior leadership.
  • Develop and implement effective people strategies and activities.
  • Manage complex projects and initiatives with minimal supervision.
  • Provide daily support to managers with employee attraction, development, and retention issues.
  • Closely partner with HR Centers of Excellence and other PBPs to deliver superior results to the business.
  • Serve as a role model and thought leader on Human Capital issues.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • 15 plus years of experience in an innovative business, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Experience designing and delivering programs in workforce planning, talent management, change management, leadership development, employee engagement, cultural change, and organizational design.
  • Ability to manage medium to enterprise-wide projects/initiatives with minimal supervision.
  • Strong influencing and interpersonal skills, honed in a demanding and high-performing work environment.
  • Executive presence and strong communication skills to partner with senior levels of management.
  • Collaboration skills within and outside of HR.
