This is a challenging and exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of students through sports and physical activity. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering effective programs that promote healthy lifestyles, teamwork, and personal growth.

The Strength and Conditioning Coordinator will be responsible for leading a team of coaches to create safe and progressive training plans based on sound scientific principles. This will involve managing staff rosters, maintaining facilities, and establishing policies and procedures for the operation of the facility.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • A proven track record of delivering successful sport development programs.
  • An engaging and enthusiastic coaching style with excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with diverse levels of abilities across various age groups.
  • Ability to plan and deliver engaging and effective training sessions.

Key qualifications include appropriate certifications, such as First Aid, and a valid Working with Vulnerable People Card. A National Police Check is also required. Flexible working hours, including weekends, are essential for this role.
