Senior Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead our national quality function across a growing pipeline of mission-critical construction projects.

  • Lead the development and implementation of quality systems and frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Foster a strong culture of quality assurance and control across all projects.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years' experience in Quality Management within the construction industry.
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role, ideally within complex, project-based environments.
  • A strong understanding of building codes, industry regulations, and best-practice QA/QC systems.
  • Experience on data centres, high-tech industrial, or critical infrastructure projects will be highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a genuine passion for quality.
