Welcome to our elite hospitality team, where luxury and service collide. As a senior supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and guest experience in our Executive Lounge.

Our hotel is renowned for its breathtaking views of Sydney Harbour and Opera House, with 509 luxurious rooms and suites, and world-class dining venues. We are looking for an exceptional leader to join our team and help drive our growth.

As part of our leadership team, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Cultivating a personalized VIP experience for our guests
  • Driving revenue growth through F&B sales and maximizing opportunities
  • Coaching and developing your team to deliver exceptional service and quality

You will also be involved in driving team engagement, managing people, responding to guest feedback, maintaining brand and cleanliness standards, and collaborating with other departments across the hotel.

We are seeking an individual with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. You should have at least 1 year of experience in Food & Beverage or Front Office, with team leader or supervisor experience. A degree in Hotel Management or a related field would be advantageous.
