Job Overview

As a key player in our team, we are seeking an organised and proactive Service Coordinator/Scheduler to coordinate our technicians and customers.

The ideal candidate will drive efficiency by planning and coordinating Reactive Service Calls, Quoted Works, Planned Maintenance, and Installations – keeping schedules, technicians, and communications on track.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate Reactive service calls, Quoted Works, Planned Maintenance, and Installations to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Maximise technician productivity through proactive planning and scheduling.
  • Monitor technician progress and update ServiceMax and customer portals to manage revisits and reduce backlog.
  • Support customers with clear communication and timely updates.
  • Connect Service, Sales, and Technical Support teams to streamline admin tasks and prepare reports.
  • Manage travel for technicians as required.
  • Review the 'on-call' roster for technicians to ensure 24/7 coverage and close out all call-outs within 24 hours.
  • Manage technician inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and distribution.
  • Collaborate with Service Managers to track performance, identify training opportunities, and document non-standard events.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with scheduling of a field-based workforce.
  • Strong administrative and coordination skills.
  • Advanced computer literacy, ideally with service software.
  • Excellent communication and customer etiquette.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment.
