Key Responsibilities
  • Work on diverse commercial matters, ranging from straightforward to highly complex cases.
  • Deliver practical talent acquisition solutions tailored to clients' needs.
  • Provide sound recruitment advice and exceptional service to a varied and expanding clientele.
  • Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and DEI-focused recruitment practices to attract diverse talent.
Your Skills and Experience
  • Background in talent acquisition, recruitment, or related HR field with a focus on tech/digital roles.
  • A sharp mind, excellent research abilities, and polished communication skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that build trust and rapport.
  • A proactive approach to meeting deadlines and achieving outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
