Senior Garment Technologist

We are an international leader in bridal fashion with over 20 years of experience. Our designs are sold in nearly 1000 retail stores across the globe.
The role requires a skilled garment technician to ensure the highest quality of our garments.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct Quality Control inspections of bulk garments and communicate results to stakeholders
- Process store returns
- Perform minor repairs and spot cleaning of garments
- Fabric cutting and documentation support for production team
- Assess factory garment photos for approval
- Respond to supplier queries
- Liaise with warehouse team
- Support technical and customs teams with documentation
Key Requirements
- Experience working in garment tech, quality assurance or product development specifically in the garment/apparel/textile industry
- Formal tertiary qualifications in fashion, design, patternmaking or related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered
- Ability to make decisions based on technical data, garment and fabrication knowledge and sound judgement
- Excellent attention to detail
- High level computer skills, competent in Microsoft Office
- Procedure orientated with strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills, both professional and friendly
