About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Imaging Technologist to join our Radiology team. As a Senior Medical Imaging Technologist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional diagnostic care and advancing medical imaging practices.

As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide comprehensive medical imaging services at an advanced practice level. You will plan, implement, and evaluate patient safety and quality of care, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and adaptable individual to make a real impact in a tertiary trauma setting. You will work closely with colleagues to contribute to quality improvement initiatives and support the development of junior staff through mentorship and collaboration.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A strong clinical background in radiographic techniques and imaging principles;
  • The ability to adapt confidently to non-routine and complex clinical situations;
  • Proven leadership experience in planning, coordinating, and evaluating medical imaging services;
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • The ability to build positive relationships with patients, colleagues, and multidisciplinary teams.
