**Location**: Offices will be determined based on the right candidate, with locations in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, and Brisbane.

**About the Position**:

  • We are looking for a talented SEO Search Manager to join our team of Intent-based experts and hybrids. The ideal candidate has an Owned media background in technical SEO or agency-level SEO, aiming to become a hybrid search expert in a media environment.
  • The successful candidate will consult and guide clients across all media through the lens of search. Our approach combines various disciplines, including content marketing, data science, SEO, UX, and consumer journey planning.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Strategy & Consulting:
    • Diagnose client situations, objectives, and needs.
    • Develop Owned Media proposals aligned with client goals.
    • Under senior management guidance, create competitive SEO, content, UX, and data-related proposals for clients.
    • Utilize proprietary tools to understand consumer behaviors and develop strategies accordingly.
  • Operations & Delivery:
    • Build strong relationships with client contacts, including Senior Management.
    • Collaborate with client teams to ensure efficient retainer and project-based work.
    • Ensure tool integration and proper use to maximize client ROI.
    • Allocate client resources to optimize returns.
    • Produce high-quality competitive reviews with actionable insights.

**Requirements**:

  • Familiarity with other analytics packages.
  • Intermediate-level Excel skills (vLook Ups, Pivot Tables, IF functions).
  • Understanding of various CMS systems.
  • Consultative skills with a passion for simplifying complex concepts.
  • Account and team management experience.
  • Demonstrate high initiative and resourcefulness.
