Overview

PeriscoPe Digital Pty Ltd is seeking a talented and experienced Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role based in Sydney, NSW, you will work with our Gold Coast based team to drive the organic growth of our clients' online presence.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve website visibility, rankings, and organic traffic for our clients
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify high-value opportunities and guide content creation
  • Optimise website content, structure, and technical elements to improve search engine performance
  • Monitor and analyse SEO metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices, and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with the content, development, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and effective digital presence
  • Mentor and train junior team members to build a strong, knowledgeable SEO team
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong track record of delivering successful campaigns
  • In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
  • Proficiency in using SEO tools and technologies, such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEMrush
  • Strong technical skills, including website structure, content optimization, and technical SEO
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • A creative and strategic mindset, with the ability to develop and execute innovative SEO campaigns
