Overview
PeriscoPe Digital Pty Ltd is seeking a talented and experienced Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager to join our dynamic team.
In this full-time role based in Sydney, NSW, you will work with our Gold Coast based team to drive the organic growth of our clients' online presence.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve website visibility, rankings, and organic traffic for our clients
Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify high-value opportunities and guide content creation
Optimise website content, structure, and technical elements to improve search engine performance
Monitor and analyse SEO metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations to clients
Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices, and adapt strategies accordingly
Collaborate with the content, development, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and effective digital presence
Mentor and train junior team members to build a strong, knowledgeable SEO team
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong track record of delivering successful campaigns
In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
Proficiency in using SEO tools and technologies, such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEMrush
Strong technical skills, including website structure, content optimization, and technical SEO
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
A creative and strategic mindset, with the ability to develop and execute innovative SEO campaigns
