Vintage Furniture Restoration Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to assist in the restoration of vintage furniture. As a Vintage Furniture Restoration Assistant, you will be responsible for helping our team preserve and restore antique pieces to their former glory.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Assisting in the sanding and polishing of wooden surfaces
  • Stripping old finishes and preparing surfaces for refinishing
  • Upholstering and reupholstering furniture
  • Assembling and disassembling furniture as needed

You will also be responsible for assisting with the transportation of furniture, which may require a standard driver's license. While prior experience in woodwork or furniture restoration is an advantage, it is not required. We provide all necessary tools and offer on-the-job training.

This is a casual position with flexible hours, making it an ideal opportunity for students, retirees, or anyone looking for a part-time gig. If you have a passion for preserving history and working with your hands, we encourage you to apply.
