Job Description

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for providing support to the finance team and collaborating with project and scheduling teams.

You will analyze cost and schedule performance, communicate financial insights and project status to stakeholders, develop and maintain project budgets and forecasts with cost account managers, create and update financial models, reports, and dashboards to monitor project performance, ensure financial compliance and accuracy with project teams, assist with month-end processes, including journals, reconciliations, and reporting, support estimating and pricing activities, identify areas for continuous improvement, and participate in related initiatives.

Additionally, you will train and mentor team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in finance, business, or commerce, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in project accounting, management accounting, or cost control roles.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including functions, PowerPivot, and dashboards.
  • Ability to adapt, be proactive, and organize priorities independently.
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Experience managing financial aspects of diverse projects.
  • Experience in estimating and pricing of varying complexities.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and systems.
