Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to fill the position of Senior Financial Analyst. This role involves project cost control management and reporting to support projects across various portfolios.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure financial compliance and accuracy.
  • Analyze cost and schedule performance; communicate financial insights and project status to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project budgets and forecasts with cost account managers.
  • Create and update financial models, reports, and dashboards to monitor project performance.

Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Analysis: Provide support to the finance team by analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and developing recommendations for improvement.
  2. Project Management: Collaborate with project teams to develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
  3. Reporting: Communicate financial insights and project status to stakeholders through regular reporting and presentations.
  4. Compliance: Ensure financial compliance and accuracy by maintaining accurate records and adhering to established guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or commerce, or equivalent experience.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project accounting, management accounting, or cost control roles.

Skills:

  • Advanced Excel skills, including functions, PowerPivot, and dashboards.
  • Ability to adapt, be proactive, and organize priorities independently.
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder collaboration.
