Job Title: Merchandise Coordinator - Store Operations

The role of Merchandise Coordinator is to ensure the product flow and stock accuracy in-store. This involves ensuring our stock is in the right place and looking incredible, enabling our Stylists to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage product flow and stock accuracy in-store
  • Process frequent and large stock deliveries efficiently and accurately
  • Effective merchandising, planning, and implementation of floor changes
  • Maintain a clean and organized stock room
  • Partner with the Store Manager on stocktakes and coordinating stock markdowns
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Affinity with the Taking Shape brand
  • Demonstrated experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment preferably within apparel retail
  • Previous experience with VM, stock management, and inventory in a high-change, fast-paced environment will be highly regarded
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees and customers
