Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee all back-end operations of our website. This role will be responsible for uploading products, managing content and developing a merchandising strategy to drive revenue and achieve team KPIs.

About this exciting opportunity:

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar fashion eCommerce retail environment
  • Strong experience in content management and promotional execution
  • Solid understanding of international designers / high end fashion
  • Demonstrated experience using Shopify or other eCommerce platforms
  • Experience in online product photography
  • Experience using Klaviyo is preferred
  • Excellent verbal & written communication including confidence with spelling and grammar
  • Highly analytical, organised and with strong attention to detail
  • Experience with Google Analytics and any knowledge of HTML, CSS or Adobe Suites is favourable
  • Knowledge of fabrications and silhouettes to communicate fit hand feel and end use to the customer

What You'll Need:

  • Qualifications in a Business, Commerce or Creative qualification, or equivalent
  • The ability to think ahead and produce results to very short deadlines
  • A positive hands-on attitude
