Production Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Production Supervisor to oversee our packing line operations. This role involves managing a team of up to 75 employees, ensuring accuracy, productivity, and compliance across the packhouse.
Main Responsibilities- Lead a large workforce in a fast-paced, seasonal environment
- Collaborate with Maintenance, Planning, and Quality to minimize downtime and optimize processes
- Monitor live performance data, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements
- Ensure compliance with food safety, housekeeping, and operational standards
- Proven experience in production, manufacturing, or packhouse operations
- Strong people management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing large teams in high-volume environments
- Mechanical aptitude (background as a fitter/turner highly regarded)
- A commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
