About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and certified Reformer Pilates Instructor who can lead classes with enthusiasm and passion. You will work closely with our Fitness Hub team to deliver innovative programming and create a professional, welcoming environment that supports every participant's fitness journey.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality Reformer Pilates classes to a diverse group of clients
  • Develop and implement new class programs and sequences
  • Work collaboratively with the Fitness Hub team to achieve shared goals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate 3 in Fitness or higher
  • Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor (nationally recognised qualification or equivalent)
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification
  • Experience delivering Reformer Pilates classes in a studio or fitness environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt for all fitness levels
  • Passion for health, fitness, and creating a positive client experience
