We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as an Educator. This role is the foundation of our success as an organization, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about creating world-class customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to ensure a great guest experience, valuing their time and providing customized solutions.
  • Assess customer needs to provide effective purchase and return support, articulating the value and benefit of products.
  • Facilitate seamless end-to-end customer experiences by conducting accurate transactions and executing omnichannel programs according to company standards.
  • Move dynamically on the floor to continuously engage with customers and attend to their needs.
  • Receive customer feedback and partner with store leadership to take appropriate action.

Operations and Safety
  • Perform product presentation tasks according to company standards.
