Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee maintenance operations to ensure seamless execution
  • Lead a team of technicians through daily repairs, preventative maintenance actions, and complex improvement projects
  • Manage workload distribution and technician task assignments
  • Triage incoming maintenance requests and manage resources effectively

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and team leadership. They will be responsible for ensuring work is completed based on schedules and addressing emergency breakdowns.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of experience in a maintenance or field-work environment
  • 2+ years of experience leading a team, including leading projects and people

The Fleet Maintenance Supervisor will be a subject matter expert in equipment maintenance, project management, and high-level people leadership. They will provide developmental leadership to a team of technicians and facilitate training and advancement of skills.
