Marketing Role OverviewThe role of Marketing Manager plays a pivotal part in promoting contemporary art, driving visitation and revenue while fostering engagement with modern ideas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mainstream the Museum's brand, leading on all marketing campaigns and activities that support exhibitions, programming, fundraising, commercial, and membership initiatives.
  • Act as the guardian of the Museum's brand, collaborating closely with departments to oversee marketing partnerships.
  • Manage the team's day-to-day activity, overseeing the annual marketing plan and budget.
  • Develop and execute the Museum's brand strategy, leading digital efforts and ensuring smooth delivery of marketing operations.

Collaboration is key to this role. You will work closely with Curatorial, Graphic Design, Public Relations, Public Programs, Development, Commercial, and Creative Learning teams. This position currently has 3 direct reports.Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrate experience working in fast-paced environments.
  • Possess strong marketing skills, passion for contemporary art, and creative thinking abilities.
  • Proven results-driven professional using insights to inform strategies.
  • Able to lead teams effectively, build capability, improve processes, and influence change.
