Console Operator Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to fill the position of Console Operator. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and providing support to difficult situations. They will also be expected to maintain awareness of forecourt and shop customers, respond quickly to safety hazards and incidents, and adhere to defined work health and safety policies and procedures.

In addition to customer service responsibilities, the Console Operator will be required to perform cleaning activities, merchandise and restock shop stock, and complete other tasks as needed to maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment

  • Merchandise and restock shop stock according to store operational procedures

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience (1 year preferred)
  • Barista experience (1 year preferred)
  • Australia work authorization (preferred)
