- Configuring and troubleshooting PCs, laptops, and peripherals to ensure seamless functionality.
- Managing asset assignments and providing necessary training to staff members.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in similar positions, demonstrating strong technical expertise.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and proven experience working with Office 365, Windows OS, Servers, Active Directory, and MS Office.
- Excellent customer focus, communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
- High-level organization skills, effective problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learn.
