Are you looking for a role that combines strategic communication with operational excellence? We have an exciting opportunity for a Store Communications Officer to join our team.

This is a unique chance to make a real impact on the customer experience, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver clear, compliant, and effective communications to stores. You will be responsible for supporting new concept rollouts, creating tools to enhance the in-store experience, and fostering strong relationships across the organization.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement business communications strategies to engage stores and drive business outcomes
  • Support the rollout of new concepts through communications and documentation
  • Create compliant and comprehensive ticket templates to enhance the customer shopping experience
  • Establish event guides and issue them to stores to ensure consistency in the customer experience
  • Foster meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business success
  • Respond to store queries and create a two-way communication culture with stores
About You:
  • Leadership experience in retail (preferred)
  • Retail operational experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to business change
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and utilization of in-house IT systems
