Job Title: Retail Promotions Specialist

The Retail Promotions Specialist plays a vital role in efficiently managing and deploying end-to-end promotional programs. This includes following and executing critical path tasks, as well as serving as a key link between suppliers, franchise partners, and internal stakeholders for our Retail brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the retail brand team to deliver optimized, profitable ranges (B2B & B2C), forecasting core ranging (promotions & NPD) in conjunction with the delivery and execution of promotional campaigns.
  • Primary contact with external and internal stakeholders for all promotional-related tasks and queries, ensuring timely responses and professional communication.
  • Manage promotional allocations, including creation, administration, and release, to meet business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships by ensuring Franchise partner queries are responded to promptly and professionally.

This role requires close collaboration with the retail brand team, communications team, space and marketing team, national pricing team, and category team to ensure successful promotion execution and achieve business results.

About the Role

As a Retail Promotions Specialist, you will be responsible for understanding the end-to-end promo process and following critical path deadlines, while also communicating all promotional updates through the appropriate channels to ensure consistency, accuracy, and delivery of communications is in line with Retail Brand Guidelines.

Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in promotional management, with knowledge of promotional processes, procedures, and best practices.
