  • Meet individual budgets and assist with the preparation, monitoring, and updating of budgets and forecasts for direct reports.

  • Attend client and industry events to interact with clients and gain market and business knowledge.
  • Conduct property valuations within own sector or market.
  • Participate in portfolio valuations.
  • Analyse comparable sales evidence and extract relevant data.
  • Collaborate with other service lines across Colliers to complete valuation work for mutual clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Enhance internal databases and seek opportunities to refer to other geographic locations and product lines.
  • Mentor and support junior team members and support staff with their career development and progress.
  • Manage invoice payments.

  • Minimum Associate Member of the API and a Registered Valuer with at least 5 years' experience.
  • Commercial awareness of the formulation and implementation of strategy.
  • Problem-solving and analytical ability to generate information that provides sound business decisions.
  • Computer literacy, particularly with MS Excel, Word, and Estate Master.
  • Ability to deal with several matters and work to deadlines.
  • Ability to build strong business relationships with key internal and external contacts.
  • Ability to effectively lead a team.

  • Superior industry knowledge of the markets.
