About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Property Valuation Analyst to join our team at Marsh. As a key member of our Property Valuation Services division, you will play a crucial role in providing expert valuation advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and data analysis to support valuation projects
  • Perform site inspections and field work to gather data and information
  • Compile reports and spreadsheets, including data transfer, formatting, and formulas
  • Liaise with client representatives to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Use our in-house valuation program to analyze data and provide insights
  • Assist senior staff with general valuation, research, and analysis tasks
  • Work with project managers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects
Requirements
  • Degree in Property Valuation or a related field
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and computer competency
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Desire and willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges
  • Ability to deliver results on time and in full
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Team player with high integrity and energy
