Key Responsibilities
  • Process sales orders, quotes, and customer inquiries with speed and accuracy.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Support sales reps with administrative tasks, including reporting and scheduling.
  • Liaise with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to track orders.
  • Assist in compiling weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow-up support as needed.
  • Manage general administrative tasks to keep the sales function running smoothly.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a sales administration, customer service, or sales support role.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to liaise across departments and with customers.
  • Solid computer skills – experience with Microsoft Office and CRMs (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to take ownership of your role.
