Key Responsibilities- Process sales orders, quotes, and customer inquiries with speed and accuracy.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Support sales reps with administrative tasks, including reporting and scheduling.
- Liaise with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to track orders.
- Assist in compiling weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up support as needed.
- Manage general administrative tasks to keep the sales function running smoothly.
- Previous experience in a sales administration, customer service, or sales support role.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Confident communicator with the ability to liaise across departments and with customers.
- Solid computer skills – experience with Microsoft Office and CRMs (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to take ownership of your role.
- Competitive salary of $55K - $60K + Super.
