Sales Administrator Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and be the central point of coordination across sales and customer service operations.

As the Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the sales function. You will process sales orders and quotes with speed and accuracy, maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, and support sales reps with admin tasks, including reporting and scheduling.

Liaising with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to track orders and providing excellent customer service and follow-up support as needed are also essential aspects of this role.

You will assist in compiling weekly and monthly sales reports and manage general administrative tasks to keep the sales function running smoothly.

We're looking for someone who thrives in an organised and proactive environment, enjoys being part of a supportive team, and has previous experience in a sales administration or customer service role.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Process sales orders, quotes, and customer inquiries with speed and accuracy
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
  • Support sales reps with admin tasks, including reporting and scheduling

Requirements

  • Solid computer skills – experience with Microsoft Office and CRMs (e.g., SAP, Salesforce)
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to take ownership of your role
