Rehabilitation Nursing Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Community Rehabilitation Unit.

The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering adult outpatient rehabilitation services, assessing and planning nursing services for clients referred to the unit, and liaising with relevant service providers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team in providing client-centred care.
  • To assess, plan, and deliver nursing services that meet the complex needs of clients with acquired and progressive neurological conditions.
  • To develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, carers, and other stakeholders involved in client care.

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in the clinical management of clients with complex rehabilitation needs.
  • Strong commitment to the delivery of high-quality client-centred care.
  • Proven decision-making skills and effective communication skills, including conflict resolution.
