About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Console Operator to join our team at OTR Sheidow Park. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the store is always clean, stocked, and welcoming for our guests.

This is a fast-paced role that requires the ability to multitask and manage time effectively. You will be working in a dynamic environment where you will be able to develop your skills and knowledge in a variety of areas, including food preparation and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive experience for all guests
  • Ensure the store is always clean, stocked, and welcoming for guests
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services
  • Contribute to the overall success of the store by identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement

About You:

  • You are a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • You are able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with the idea of being on your feet for long periods of time
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and are able to work effectively with colleagues and guests
  • You are able to work flexible hours, including late nights, early mornings, and weekends
  • You are willing to learn and develop your skills and knowledge in a variety of areas
