About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Console Operator to join our team at OTR Naracoorte. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the store is always clean, stocked, and welcoming for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive experience for all guests
  • Ensure the store is always clean, stocked, and welcoming for our guests
  • Manage cash handling and operate the point-of-sale system
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
About You

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to multitask and manage your time effectively.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling
  • A current police clearance certificate and Australian working rights
