About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Console Operator to join our team at OTR Clarence Park. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the store is always clean, stocked, and welcoming for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive experience for all guests
  • Ensure the store is clean, stocked, and well-maintained at all times
  • Manage cash handling and operate the console with accuracy and efficiency
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
About You

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong customer service focus and ability to work with a variety of customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling
