Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Site Specific Authorisation Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our research governance processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in research ethics and governance, with a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and approval of new and ongoing human research projects
  • Monitoring and governance of research activities
  • Collaboration with researchers and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in Research Ethics & Governance
  • Working knowledge of National Statement on Ethical Conduct in Human Research, Australian Code for the Responsible Conduct of Research and ICH GCP
  • Proven track record of working to deadlines
  • Experience with ERM Research Ethics Database
