Job Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Relations & Projects Coordinator to lead customer engagement and project coordination across the Northwest Interconnected System (NWIS).

This role involves providing a one-stop shop customer service experience for NWIS Network customers, managing network application processing, designing and implementing a customer works tracking system, and coordinating customer-funded works and projects.

The ideal candidate will have significant customer service experience, proven ability to manage multiple project management related activities, and be proficient in MS Office Suite.

In addition, a Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) is essential.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to NWIS Network customers.
  • Manage network application processing and process connection applications in accordance with policies, procedures, and the Pilbara Network Access Code (PNAC).
  • Design and implement a customer works tracking system to monitor status of works.
  • Coordinate and track customer-funded works and projects, ensuring timely updates, progress visibility, customer invoicing, and correspondence for network recoverable works.
  • Manage multiple project management related activities, including overseeing and managing customer interactions and maintaining high standards of communication.
