About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mine Control Supervisor to oversee the effective operations of the Control Room Team at our Boddington mine site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing crew numbers and allocating resources to achieve planned outcomes and executing daily mine plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage team performance to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are delivered through coaching and regular feedback.
  • Engage with site stakeholders to ensure team expectations are being met.
  • Facilitate training and development of the team.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an AHS Mine Control Supervisor position.
  • Advanced user of Autonomous Hauling operating systems.
  • Experienced in Caterpillar MineStar Command for Hauling (CfH) Fleet Management System.
  • Strong leadership and team building capability.
  • Ability to prioritize conflicting schedules.
  • Approachable and results-oriented.
  • Competent written and verbal communicator.
  • Previous experience in a high-tonnage open-pit operation.
