**About the role**
As an AHS Mine Control Supervisor at Newmont, you will oversee the effective operations of the Control Room Team by providing support and regular engagement with the team.

**About You**
- Previous experience in an AHS Mine Control Supervisor position.
- Advanced user of Autonomous Hauling operating systems.
- Experienced in Caterpillar MineStar Command for Hauling (CfH) Fleet Management System
- Strong leadership and team building capability.
- Ability to prioritise conflicting schedules.
- Approachable and results oriented.
- Competent written and verbal communicator.
- Previous experience in a high tonnage open pit operation.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Manage appropriate crew numbers and allocation of resources to achieve planned outcomes and execution of daily mine plan
- Manage team performance to ensure KPIs are delivered through providing coaching and regular feedback
- Engage with Site Stakeholders to ensure team expectations are being met
- Facilitate training and development of team.
