Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and driven Account Manager to join our team in Victoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing growth plans for the allocated territory and implementing and executing these plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement growth plans for the allocated territory, including processes to measure success
  • Execute the Account Manager Plan and collaborate with other sales staff towards an annual budget
  • Coordinate and manage activities, including visit plans, to achieve aggressive goal achievement
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback on outstanding quotes to support effective forecasting
  • Produce and own Forecasts for Order Intake with alignment from the Sales Excellence Business Partner
  • Work closely with Service Centers and management to identify opportunities for improvement and develop plans to deliver on these opportunities

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Energy, Power, Oil & Gas, Mechanical, Pumps, Electric Service, Turbine required
  • 5+ Years' experience in sales/customer service roles
  • 5+ years experience with Electrical / Mechanical products
  • Intermediate level of experience in Microsoft Office packages and CRM databases
  • Strong communication skills
  • High-level negotiation skills
  • High-level skills in time management
  • Ability to engage and work with others
  • Travel ~ > 30% of time
  • Ability to quickly develop and interpret technical data
