About the Role

We are seeking an experienced fashion retail leader to join our team at Peter Alexander in Darwin, Casuarina. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop your team to achieve targets and key performance indicators
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to maximize sales
  • Roster your team to meet store trading profiles
  • Create a safe working environment for customers and staff

Requirements
  • Previous management experience in retail, ideally with a focus on fashion
