We are seeking a Compliance Specialist to play a critical role in ensuring regulatory compliance while driving business growth.
You will take the lead in identifying, documenting and mapping controls implemented to meet regulatory obligations for our businesses. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive reviews of legislative and regulatory instruments to identify and catalogue obligations.
- Refreshing the obligations registers to ensure they are up to date.
- Grouping similar obligations and confirming materiality.
- MAPPING existing compliance controls and identifying control gaps.

Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive reviews of legislative and regulatory instruments to identify and catalogue obligations. You will also refresh the obligations registers to ensure they are up to date, group similar obligations and confirm materiality, and map existing compliance controls and identify control gaps.
What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with a passion for compliance. Your qualifications and experience should include:
- A bachelor's degree in law or compliance, or demonstratable experience interpreting legislation and regulatory instruments.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines independently.
