The Technical Team Lead is a critical role within our organization, responsible for delivering technical support services for MH-60R and broader defence rotary wing platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complex Technical Assessments: Perform in-depth technical assessments to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders, including US Navy MH-60R FMS partners, to deliver effective technical solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide expert advice on complex technical matters and contribute to the development of strategic plans.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a small team to achieve required outcomes and contribute to program management.
About the Role

This position requires an experienced aircraft maintenance engineer or technician with a proven track record of leading teams and delivering complex technical projects.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of defence aviation safety regulations.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading technical teams and delivering complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of defence aviation safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Aircraft maintenance experience, preferably in rotary wing operations.
  • Prior experience working under Defence Aviation Safety Regulations or similar civilian and/or military aviation technical regulations.
