Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Engagement and Support

  • Payroll and Benefits Administration
    • Oversee the fortnightly payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • HR Policy and Procedure Development
    • Contribute to the review and update of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with best practice and regulatory requirements.
