Personal Support Workers

  • Responsibilities:

We prioritize the well-being of our employees and provide them with opportunities to learn and grow, whether they are experienced professionals or just starting.

As a Personal Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents across Ontario.

  • Deliver compassionate and respectful care to residents.
  • Support residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist residents with mobility and transfers.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.

Requirements:

Must have a Certificate of a Personal Support Worker program that meets the requirements of relevant regulations.

Must be willing to accept verbal and/or written direction.

Able to cope with the physical and emotional demands of the position.

  • Geriatric, long-term care experience beneficial.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Good communication skills, able to read and write in the English language.
  • Punctual and reliable.
