About the Role

The Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing daily tasks and assuming leadership in the Branch Manager's absence. You will be the driving force behind an efficiently operating branch, orchestrating front desk operations and branch administration with precision, championing equipment maintenance and workshop standards to guarantee peak performance for our valued customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

We're seeking an experienced retail operational manager with a minimum of 2 years of solid experience. You'll have a proven track record in adept people management, effective coaching, and performance enhancement. Exceptional problem-solving skills and exemplary communication skills are essential for success in this role.
