Store Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Geraldton.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Open and close the store, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for customers.
  • Supervise the store and lead the team in the absence of the manager, providing guidance and support when needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, attending to their needs and enquiries at the register and otherwise.
  • Manage inventory levels, receiving and stocking merchandise, maintaining an organized system.
  • Create visually appealing displays, setting up windows and in-store promotions.
  • Complete timely cycle counts, monitoring stock levels and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Process product returns, price changes, and mark downs, adhering to company policies.
  • Recruit, train, and schedule staff, developing a strong team culture.
  • Submit reports and payroll, meeting deadlines and ensuring accuracy.
  • Report Loss Prevention, Health & Safety, and damages incidences, contributing to a safe working environment.
  • Maintain and delegate daily tasks, prioritizing efficiency and productivity.
  • Handle cash transactions with precision, making bank deposits.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of general retail experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment, adapting to change and priorities.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills, balancing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends, demonstrating flexibility.
