We are looking for an experienced leader to join our retail team as a Store Assistant Manager.
Job Summary:The Store Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, leading a high-performing team and delivering exceptional customer service.
As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe and clean shopping environment.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, sales performance, and other key metrics.
- Ensure the store is fully stocked and visually appealing at all times.
- Manage cash handling, refunds, and exchanges efficiently and effectively.
- Provide input on merchandising decisions and implement visual displays and promotions.
- Essential Skills:
- Proven leadership experience in a retail or similar environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash transactions.
