Lead Game Product Developer

We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and success of our new Mobile Games in Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities- Game Development Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new features from conception to delivery.
- Product Roadmap Strategy: Utilize real-time data, industry trends, and player feedback to create product roadmaps that drive growth and engagement.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics and insights from existing games to inform product decisions and optimize game performance.
- Idea Generation: Collaborate with teams to generate visions and ideas for new games, their market position, and features that are engaging and monetizable.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with Art, Development, UA, Monetization, and Data Science teams to ensure alignment on shared goals.
- Demonstrate expertise in game economy management and make informed, evidence-based decisions.
- Show excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Have experience conceiving complex features and live-ops functionality to optimize scaled games.
- Proven ability to establish and improve processes within a project.
