Outdoor Sales Assistant Job Description

Job Role:

  • Support the store management team in running the store efficiently.
  • Create an enjoyable experience for every customer by sharing your passion for the outdoors.
  • Work with the team to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Assist with store operational requirements as requested.

What We're Looking For:

  • You'll have experience in retail sales or a similar environment.
  • You'll demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude.
  • You'll show initiative, be adaptable, and cope well in fast-paced retail environments.
